Have you ever considered writing an article for your church newsletter? How about a publication mailed out by a community group you belong to? Maybe you subscribe to a magazine that accepts readers submissions such as "The Reader's Digest" and "Guide Posts". I would imagine that you have an experience that God has given you a burning desire to share with others. Not only is this a remarkable ministry that touches many lives, but sometimes offers payment for your story and gives you credit as an author. Think about it.
